Liked: Nice view. Clean. Helpful, polite staff.
Disliked: AC didn't cool.stayed in the low 80's. TV showed error 771 all week. Sent my son for bottled water to the front desk, desk clerk stated policy was only two bottles per room.4 guest. I have diabetes and require lot of water and air temperatures in the low to mid 70"s, anything in the mid to upper 80"s causes labored breathing. On checkout day, employees knocked on our door 30 minutes prior to check asking when we would be gone, 10 minutes later, 10 minutes later again, 8 minutes after that and once again 7 minutes before checkout time as we we trying to exit the room.

Overall decent hotel with great...

Liked: The location is fantastic, the front desk staff are all very welcoming, and I’m pretty sure every room is oceanfront with a balcony. Also very close to the pier and the drinks at the outdoor bar are very good!
Disliked: The property is older and needs to be updated. Our mattress was uncomfortable and our toilet squealed loudly when it was flushed.

Liked: Friendly staff good location for beach access , walking to most of the business.good food and drinks at Tides overall facility looks good.
Disliked: Room 418 environmently control in room causing excessive moisture on all surfaces and black spots appearing.We had uncomfortable nights.I don't know about the other rooms conditions
