We were a bit disappointed in the hotel. In fairness, maybe it was because we had just checked out of the Encore and it was 'over the top', but we expected a little more cleanliness from Treasure Island, but loved the tram system nearby and location in general.

Liked: Front desk, Michael, was very helpful with accommodation and directions; very patient and pleasant.
Disliked: Pillow cover on bed had black dirt marks; lounge chair stained and dirty; picked up what looked like wadded up paper towel under desk - ugh.

Liked: Location and room was great, very comfy. Parking included in the price was the great deal
Disliked: Self check in didn’t work, so we have to wait in the line (after some charges in the credit card, that were canceled, but the stress was already there). Deposit refund took weeks to be released. The window was completely dirty, so we didn’t have the view of the Main Street that was announced

Disliked: The room is clean but outdated. Booking.com’s reservation is not allowed to use the hotel kiosk’s speedy check in.
