i love the bed it...

Liked: they didn't have breakfast there
Disliked: wasn't i didn't like but i thought i asked for lower level room because i had hard time climbing the stairs but i managed

Disliked: The outside area could be tidied. Cigarette butts, empty food packets, lighters lying about so disappointing to see this.

Had a great sleep and...

Liked: Really appreciated the laminate floors (no carpet), blackout curtains, and lack of intrusive chemical fragrance smells which so many cheaper motels overuse. Beds were medium-firm, which we like! Friendly check-in.
Disliked: No tea bags or kettle. Hairdryer was not in intuitive place.
