Paid for 3 expensive nights....

Liked: Stayed one night. Was asked to downgrade my suite to downstairs. Then before being able to do that, I was informed by the day shift manager about them not accepting reservations through booking.com. AFTER already paying. Had to leave the next morning because in order to continue to stay, I would of had to repay all over again if I wanted to continue to stay, downstairs.
Disliked: The booking and confirming of my reservation. Along with the process the following day. Having to confirm my reservation AGAIN. And the need to process my card, having to confirm my identity. Headache on top of headache. So I made us leave because I was outraged by this issue and didn't feel the need to go through all of that all over again.

It was decent

Liked: The memories we have shared there! It was my honeymoon and where I first met my husband in person
Disliked: The fact that someone tried to break in our room three times
