Disliked: It is not a “Hotel”, it is a Motel. Description as a “Boutique Hotel” implies, quaint - individual - unique property (not a chain) and the photos brilliantly marketed the property as desirable. Not so. Upon arrival I knew I made a mistake, but I was in need of a sleep from a 15hour drive so what the hell. The room was clean, although coffee machine for hot tea produced yellow Water (not clear water). It was 95 degrees at 9:30pm yet two men were lurking in fully covered hooded coats. Housekeeping had their carts blocking the walkway and the laundry room steam escaped out into the walkway as you tried to pass: surely not their fault but might I suggest to the owner for an alternative such as an extension tent or corridor?

Liked: The room is very clean, housekeeping presence was good so i never had to worry about a change of towel, bathroom was very nice, staff was very friendly. The location is pretty good if you are here for a convention at the las vegas convention center. In my case, I had to travel back and forth to the south hall. I mostly picked this place for that reason alone and it was a good price.Although this place can feel a little ghetto from the outside, it seems like a pretty safe place to stay at for a few days even if your gut tells you you might have to run. There is also a common area where you can sit outside and chill. The pool looks okay too and seen families jump in every day.It's also near a 7 Eleven which has a really good staff (and security) with the best prices for drinks, offers point redemption if you are a member, and has its own gas pump if you need to fill up.
Disliked: The building looks old and could probably use a new coat of paint. Having different color doors for everyone feels like we are at a fun house or an insane asylum. The parking lot is confusing and cramped. The corner by the pool has room for one car the get through because of parked cars nearby. There is parking behind the pool but the wall looks like it's in poor condition. If there was additional fencing that raised up high I'd feel a little bit safer but anyone could jump right over.
