Crazy good value hip reno...

Liked: Crazy good value for $50. Hip reno of an old motel. Quite nice pool. Convenient walking distance to several great restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Some tired and rundown furniture on the outside of the property inconsistent with the nicely upgraded interior furniture and fixtures in the rooms.

Very poor

Disliked: The staff will copy your personal information without permission. A big no no, and when you ask about it, they threaten to kick you out...

Disliked: Not so easy to find the entrance with the address you get. Not nice reception hall

Liked: Like 15 minute walk from the Strat, another 5 tops to Sahara (which has a monorail to take you down the rest of the strip). Nice room, great size. Room service was phenominal, they were very kind and accomodating.
Disliked: NOBODY knows about this hotel
