Liked: This was our 5th time staying at the Thunderbird. I was happy to see the kitchenettes/ bathrooms were remodeled. Looks so nice. It never disappoints. The grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed their live nightly music. It truly is a gem on TI

Liked: Staff was pleasant. The hotel was on a very nice beach area
Disliked: Our ground floor “balcony” was the corner room between the pool area, a tiki bar and the back of the stage for the bands. We could have touched people walking by if we would have sat outside and to call that room “ocean view “ is a stretch. We couldn’t have any widows or the balcony shades open because other geusts could literally look straight into our room from a couple feet away. Staff tried to make other accommodations, but couldn’t find us anything appropriate. Be booked a different hotel and moved for the duration of the vacation

Liked: Location was perfect. Entertainment & Tiki bar was great!! Nice updates being made to the outside of the building. Housekeeping was always around and accommodating when we needed anything. Pool/beach towels provided.
Disliked: Several palmetto bugs in our room. Bathroom door would not shut all the way & was very dirty. Coffee pot definitely could have been larger.

Liked: The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was recently remodeled and very comfortable. Love the live music every afternoon.
Disliked: The pool could use an update.

Liked: Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Nice tiki bar with live entertainment each night. Nice pool area. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Leaking (pretty significant)sliding door when it rained
