Liked: I WILL NOT USE "BOOKING.COM " EVER AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD AND TELL OTHER NOT TO USE YOUR 3RD PARTY AGENCY AS WELL.I WILL CONTINUE TO USE "PRICELINE". I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEIR 3RD PARTY SERVICES, EVER. OR BETTER YET, I WILL USE THE PROPERTIES OFFICAL WEBSITE FOR NOW ON. 3RD PARTY AGENCIES LIKE YOURSELF ARE NOT RELIABLE AND FALSE ADVERTISE. YOUR POLICIES ARE NOT THE STANDARD FOR THE PROPERTIES YOU 3RD PARTY FOR AND THIS SHOULD BE STATED.

YOUR POLICY FOR PAYMENT STATES THAT, IF YOUR AGENCY BOOKING.COM DOES NOT HANDLE THE PAYMENT, THE HOTEL WILL CHARGE THE PATRONS CREDIT CARD "24 HOURS AFTER THE BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED/ACCEPTED." AND YOUR PAYMENT POLICY ALSO STATES THAT THE PATRON SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PAY "THE INCIDENTAL FEE(HOLD) OF THE HOTEL, PROPERTY TAXES AND RESORT FEE". THIS IS NOT THE STANDARD FOR ALL HOTELS YOU ADVERTISE PRICES FOR.WHEN AFTER CONFIRMING MY RESERVATION, I SEEN THE CHARGE FOR MY RESERVATION ON THE CREDIT CARD THE NEXT DAY, SO I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ROOM AND MY RESERVATION WAS SECURED AND PAID IN FULL, AND THE RESORT FEES, TAXES AND INCIDENTAL HOLD WOULD BE CHARGED AT CHECK-IN.PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU ONLY HOLD THE PAYMENT FOR 24 HOURS AND THEN RELEASE IT ON YOUR END. AND IT'S THE DECISION OF THE PROPERTY AND THEIR POLICY TO CHARGE YOU IN FULL AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION OR WAIT UNTIL YOU CHECK-IN. THIS IS NOT CLEAR ON YOUR WEBSITE UNDER YOUR PAYMENT POLICY. NOR SHOULD YOU ADVERTISE THIS METHOD AS "STANDARD" FOR ALL PROPERTIES.THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING.THUNDER VALLEY DOES NOT CHARGE THEIR GUEST UNTIL YOU ARE THERE FOR CHECK-IN, WHICH CAUSED MY BIRTHDAY PARTY AT THIS LOCATION TO BE CANCELLED AND WE HAD TO FIND OTHER ROOM OPTIONS AT ANOTHER HOTEL, THAT WAS FURTHER FROM THE EVENT, WHICH WAS LOCATED AT THUNDER VALLEY. THIS WAS A TOTAL INCONVIENCE AND COST US MORE MONEY AND STRESS FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT THAT WAS PLANNED MONTHS IN ADVANCE.PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT POLICY TO STATE THAT "ALL HOTELS MAY NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR CONFIRMED RESERVATION. AND YOU MAY NEED TO PAY ALL FEES DUE FOR THE RESERVATION AT THE PROPERTY UPON ARRIVAL. THE DAY OF CHECK-IN"THUNDER VALLEY STATED THEY NEVER CHARGE THE PATRON 24 HOURS AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION FROM YOUR AGENCY.
