Very poor

Liked: Very poor service they are still under renovation but the renting the rooms. very old, dirty and noisy washroom fan.
Disliked: Water pressure only

Pleasant

Liked: Man and lady we dealt with at the front desk were lovely. Gave us great recommendations for both dinner and breakfast. And good directions.
Disliked: Rooms are very dated and could use some tlc. But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. And we were only needing a place to lay our heads for 1 night.

I would never recommend this...

Liked: The only thing we liked was the comfy bed..
Disliked: -The premises were unkept and very dirty-EXTREMELY dirty-The lady who checked us in was pleasant, the "man" who I dealt with when checking out was very rude, condescending and racist. I feel he deals with anger issues and it is very apparent when speaking to him. His demeaner is disturbing and he should not be working with the public. If he is the owner, Wyndham should review their procedures to ensure they are being represented properly. We felt very unsafe in this area. As i was walking my dog to a small portion of grass on the property, there were many discarded syringes laying about. The shower was unsanitary.The website was deceiving.

Disliked: The owner is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills and called me “bastard bitch” “bloody chicken bitch” and told me to “fuck off” after I reported his behaviour to his higher ups at Wyndham and one of the rooms were in horrible condition with broken doors,broken light switches and there was some kind of bodily fluid all over the bed

Disappointing

Liked: Close to where we had to go.
Disliked: The room doesn't justify the picture. Brings u back to the 80's

Liked: The worker was horrible service and grumpy
Disliked: The worker treated me horrible and was nice very demanding

Liked: The heating system had water hammer noises all night. When it did it pumped out inconsistent heat. So dry it gave be a very dry throat. Now I’m sick for the rest of my time here.
