Nice little stay

Liked: Nice facilities, , comfy room large , private parking, secure , friendly hosts , nice location
Disliked: No local shop for even milk ! If you stay take some supplies with you a welcome pint might of been nice as other products provided

Liked: Beautiful location in the countryside but very accessible for Daventry/Northampton and local attractions. The accommodation was really comfortable and spacious and I loved the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic gardens which we were lucky enough to sit in as the weather was hot and sunny. Will definitely stay again and also recommend.

Perfect location, fantastic hosts, quiet...

Liked: Perfect location for Daventry, where we were working
Disliked: everything was fine there were two men, so we needed two beds so the sofa bed was perfect for the second person

OK for a quiet weekend...

Liked: Very picturesque country village setting with fields next to the room with sheep and horses and the cutest little dog that kept following us around.
Disliked: The room needed airing out as it was quite dusty and set off our allergies. However that’s an easy fix but the main issue we had was that booking.com said that breakfast could be obtained for an extra £10pp but Lizzie the owner told us on arrival that they had stopped doing breakfast a while ago but there was a kitchen where we could cook food. So it was a self catering apartment that we weren’t prepared for and had to drive a few miles into Daventry the next day to get breakfast.

Liked: Well equipped shared kitchen with modern units. Quiet location and very secure parking.Comfortable firm bed and good wi-fi speed.
Disliked: Room didn't warm up for 3 hours and controlled overnight by owners.TV too small and dated for the size of the room.Cooker hood very pretty but too low for anyone over 5'4".

Liked: Excellent accommodation in a beautiful tranquil setting.The warm welcome we received although we checked in late.Rural countryside but still close to motorway access. Best of both worlds.
