Disliked: Outlets did not work. I messaged inquiring about location of the spa and did not receive a reply. Heater is very loud and hard to keep a steady temp. Pictures showed a couch... Our cabin did not have a couch.

Liked: Great location. Cabin was cute and clean with a perfect sized kitchen. Nice indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Very quiet and well-insulated. Called the office a few times and every staff member was kind and attentive. Close to hiking trails, the lake, and snow park. Decent food nearby.

Disliked: the bed was a little harder than usual but it was decent enough to sleep on

Liked: Nothing about my experience with booking.com!!!
Disliked: I had a horrible experience using booking.com!!! They told me I was getting one room that would fit my whole family and when I got to the hotel it was no bigger the a little closet. We could barely walk around each other! I would not have gotten that room had I known that it was so small! The room they said I was getting was so very different from the room I actually got! Horrible experience with book.com and it was my first time using them too! Sad!

Fairly priced and clean but...

Liked: Good for the cost.
Disliked: There was no body soap in the bathroom and we used what we brought .. .we also had to ask for coffee as there was none. Microwave available but difficult to open.

Liked: Cozy and close to everything
Disliked: You have to shovel up some space in front of your cabin order to make room for your vehicle. Management doesn’t do it. Second when we checked in into our cabin we went to the restroom only to find out that it was clogged. So bad that the shower was clogged we called management to resolve the issue and they said they management supposedly inspected the room before anything and it was working fine. They didn’t help us resolve the issue. They told us if we wanted to get a plumber to fix it we have to pay for it. At the end of the day terrible customer service terrible management.
