Liked: Had a lovely holiday Tom & Rosie are very welcoming. Hotel a short distance to all amenities [shops, bus station & railway station]. Tom cooks a cracking full English breakfast will visit again

It was ideal for my...

Liked: It is rare to find hotels with single rooms and and at a price to match. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. There is also a range of cooked breakfasts with a side buffet all at reasonable price. It is very convenient for the town centre, beach and harbour.
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent, would return

Liked: Excellent Tom and Rosie could not do more for us. Attentive, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was superb and good value. Paid for separately. Excellent position a short walk from Quay, beach, pubs and restaurants.
Disliked: Hotel has been lovingly restored.. Rooms are lovely, showers could do with some modernisation.

Great little gem

Liked: The location is great, very friendly owner who was waiting for me when we turned up to check in & was very helpful with any information needed. great breakfast, Parking front & back.
Disliked: Car park at the front is small so need to be careful when parking .

Zoo trip

Liked: Great location. Tom was very welcoming gave great recommendations for places to eat etc, the room was great value for money, we only stayed the one night and didn't take breakfast but had a pleasant stay. He even squeezed our campervan into the car park
Disliked: No biggy but hate plastic toilet seats and had a small problem with dodgy tap
