Lovely just a few updates...
Liked: The location was good the hotel was clean shower was good plenty hot water
Disliked: Mattress could do with been replaced it’s to springy and soft and felt uncomfortable didn’t sleep great also the pillows where like pancakes really could do with replacing also hand soap and shower dispenser really hard to use couldn’t get any soap out just drops

Brilliant - Perfect host.
Liked: Location - Perfect for town centre - Steam Train - Beach - Harbour - Bus Station - Parking facilities on site brilliant. Owner was fantastic. Highly recommend

Nothing special ..just ok
Liked: No breakfast and I believe the advert says beachfront location which this property isn't the property advertisers a bar which was actually closed on Saturday night and it seems to open when they feel like depending on who is there I certainly wouldn't come back to this property
Disliked: The bar in this property was a little bit of a joke the room we were allocated the bathroom /shower was tiny We would not return to this property

Clean comfortable and close to...
Liked: Spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Landlord leaves you in peace but plenty of supplies left out where you can access them (teabags, milk, loo roll etc) very close to the seafront and amenities. Was here to visit sister in hospital so not there much but would stay for a holiday, will recommend to others.
Disliked: Tv was a little glitchy but I think this was more to do with the storms, could do with a new kettle in room 10 but worked fine if you held the button down. Nothing major, car park isn’t massive but never struggled for a space, may be different in peak season.
