Liked: A very good warm welcome. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. It’s quiet and clean.

Liked: Great location. Really friendly, personal welcome. The Breakfast had a great spread of food and the cooked options were great. Relaxed atmosphere but with everything you need.

Liked: Tom was a great host, very friendly and welcoming.The bed was so comfortable as was the settee. We were in room 2.The room was spotless and had everything we needed.Parking onsite is a bonus and easy walk into town or the beach.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like.

I will definitely be staying...

Liked: The property was very clean and tidy, perfect location, and Tom was very friendly and accommodating. Me and my family had a lovely stay.
Disliked: I would say the single beds we had were a little uncomfortable, and the tv was a bit small for me in the double room. But I know Tom and his family have just taken over and are renovating.
