Liked: The staff were super friendly! Nice modern bedroom with lovely en suite in traditional pub so you get the best of both worlds. Fantastic dinner and breakfast, delicious, you must have a great chef!

Liked: The setting, the premises, the room and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Brilliant value for money as breakfast was included and it was exceptional.

Comfortable and relaxing stay in...

Liked: Room was clean & comfortable, breakfast options were very good with generous portions! We also had a meal in the evening on arrival which was really good. Staff were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Second time we have stayed and hope to again.

Ideal for business or a...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and well decorated rooms, excellent variety and quality of food and all the staff were very pleasant and have been very well trained. The service here was much better than in some far more expensive restaurants l have eaten in.
Disliked: Can't really think of any negatives! This is one of the most welcoming places l have stayed whilst travelling with work and restaurant quality food and service at pub prices. It's also ideally suited for visiting Durham and one of the few pubs l stay in on business that l would enjoy bringing my wife to for a short break if we ever decide to visit the area.

Liked: Had a stop over at the Three Horseshoes Inn . From arrival the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was excellent, very comfortable and clean . We had an evening meal which was 1st class, good menu selection at a reasonable price and breakfast was excellent. Both meals were delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend
