Good location, clean, helpful staff

Liked: I thought the staff were very good, very helpful and friendlyHotel was clean and well tended toThe entrance was very nice indeed and the location was pretty good
Disliked: Where we were staying was right opposite where building was taking place so it was very loud indeed from around 7am The room did not have air conditioning only a fan, this isn’t ideal in such hot weather

Liked: The staff were very helpful. We appreciated the 24 hour reception. Delicious breakfast at their adjoining hotel. The room was pretty clean, comfortable, spacious and good value for money. We used the public transport easily to reach the old town.

Disliked: The Lobby picture is a bit mis leading . The picture of the lobby is from another Hotle in the vicinity . Basically leaves a misleading impression Expected more !!

Do not book this hotel

Liked: Response from Booking.com customer service when I tried to resolve the problem at the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel moved us to a lower-cost, lower-quality hotel further from the city center because they were overbooked. Their communication and behavior were absolutely unprofessional, and I would never recommend booking this hotel to anyone. No compensation was provided for staying in the alternative accommodation. In fact the alternative hotel even wanted us to pay for already pre-paid breakfast...

Not worth the price at...

Disliked: The hotel is split in two buildings: a old one which seems to be the original building for the past decades and quite old. a new one under construction pretty modern. We were allocated in the old one and the room was very old not reflecting at all the standard of the room pictured from booking. It felt like a scam. At the same time staying in the new building would have not been better given the massive construction work undergoing making the stay there also unpleasant. The breakfast was massively crowded and really not the best. To sum up really not worth the money. Except the receptionist which was very polite the hotel is not worth it.
