Disliked: The room was very noisy. There is building working happening in the hotel that made the afternoon and early morning unpleasant. The sound proofing to the hall was also poor so you hear guest returning in the night.

Liked: Happy with the staff. Very accomodating. It was my second time staying there. Next time I will be upgrading to the 4* but this is pretty awesome too.

Liked: We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. We'd definitely stay here again!

Liked: The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. - old room- pillows are too big, they are comfortable to sit but incredibly uncomfortable to sleep as you head is way higher than it should be leading to neck pain every morning.- you need to go to another building through the street for the breakfast- breakfast is the cheapest that I’ve ever seen. Low variety, everyday the same positions, low quality and low amount of vegetables/fruits. Stale bread as a bonus.- staff is not helpful at allThe most disappointing this is that the hotel has a huge renovation. They start everyday at 7:00 am no matter the day. We slept in the room with windows facing to the building that’s being renovated. Everyday we were woken up at 7:00 am when workers started to throw the garbage into big container. Everyday during our stay. We tried to discuss it with the hotel manager but nothing had changed and no compensation was provided. Nothing.Nobody warned us about the construction and provided nothing to reduce our discomfort.I started the dispute about this stay and the hotel declined it. What a shame.
