Liked: Not much the water park was the best and that was ok
Disliked: They didnt have my reservation paid more room was filthy dirty sheets dirty underwear in the drawer walls were dirty shower curtain was dirty key stopped working every day. I left a day early. Charged me more plus another 161 dollars for what I don't know. Did no damage I would love a refund but I do want my 161 refunded back

Terrible experience and unsafe

Liked: We had problems with nearly every aspect of our stay and wouldn't say there was much that we liked. We will not be returning.
Disliked: This hotel is grossly understaffed and it is affecting safety and cleanliness, and my family will not be returning and I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.Our room was filthy, there was gum and hair in our main living room area. The toilet did not have a lid that came down, which is really gross given how duty our room was, and surprising given the facility is advertised as family-friendly. Our toilet also ran all night and didn't flush completely.We waited an hour for a single pizza at the restaurant in the water park because there was a single worker, not because there were a bunch of pizzas ordered. Many of the games in the arcade didn't work.At 11:30pm at night, the fire alarm went off. My family evacuated to the lobby. There was one worker present who did not know what was happening, speculating that maybe someone pulled the fire alarm. There was chaos in the parking lot as people tried to move their vehicles because they had concerns that they would be blocked in by fire trucks (we were not one of these people). After 20 minutes another worker came and "cleared" the alarm and said there wasn't a fire but a flood. No firemen came into the lobby at any point. No one took charge of the situation or knew what was happening. With three kids under 6, it was a fairly overwhelming experience for them, and not a situation that I felt safe in given the lack of workers present or emergency management.The next morning we went down to get the "hot breakfast sandwiches" that are advertised on their website. They did not have any. We got coffees, they were filled with coffee grounds. The juice that we got for our 2yo we realized expired almost two months earlier.We went to the water park that morning and half of it was closed because a worker did not show up.

Disliked: Ice cream was "too frozen", bucket of beer was put in a mop bucket , restraunt food had no flavor

Disliked: Key card stopped working every other time we used it. Water park was only open half the time. When it was open, half the things werent available to use. The shower in our room would not drain.

Bad just bad they need to do alot of work

Disliked: The bed had bed bugs!!! The floors were very dirty when we got to the it had not been cleaned screen door was broken no phone guide or TV guide and when we got there nobody at the deck for 15 mins

No longer on our list of places to stay

Liked: The water park is relatively decent, however it has gone downhill since my last stay one year ago.
Disliked: With this being my family's third time staying there, it'll probably be our last. My biggest complaint is the inattentiveness of the "lifeguard" staff. Those who are in charge of ensuring the safety of those who are swimming should not be playing on their phones, listening to music on headphones, sleeping, and enforcing the rules that were enforced in the past. If someone you know either gets hurt or drowns while staying at this hotel, feel free to use my review to substantiate your argument for the carelessness of the hotel pool staff. Seeing there are many complaints about this same issue, I would hope the investors of this hotel would take those comments seriously instead of commenting "thank you for your feedback" to those who share their legitimate concerns.Other than the lifeguards inattentiveness, the indoor pools had sand in them, one body slide was inoperable, the arcade and a few games that were out of order, the food was lackluster, the key card lock on our room didn't work very well, and there were bulbs burnt out in our bathroom. My children and I will settle for a different location next year.

It's a 2 1/2 hour trip. Not sure we'll come back. We were there before, we a very nice stay.
