Liked: I loved the location, right by the river to walk, fish and hike up the mountain. The deer go right up to the cabin, I loved it.
Disliked: The only thing that I did not like is they had no air conditioning so it was hot and uncomfortable during the day even with the ceiling fan on. At night with the windows open it felt okay. They provided a small stand floor fan but did not really do much.

Liked: The property was very nice! It was quiet the location was great, right in town! The owners are awesome! We came in late due to some issues on the road, and everything was closed. Nick and his wife offered us some food for the night! I would definitely stay again. I really recommend this place if you're looking for a nice, clean place to stay in Red River this is it!

First time guests

Liked: Loved the decor and ambiance of mountain living. The walk in shower was especially good to see, as we Senior citizens prefer that over a tub.
Disliked: Our cabin, #3 had a high step, which was challenging for my husband because of his stroke. Next time, we will request a lower step.
