Staff friendly, absolute rubbish room

Disliked: I am really unhappy with the room we received, it was sold as a “luxury room” cost £309 and we had a brick wall as a view. Not one of the pictures you advertised showed this room. I feel we have been miss sold by booking.com and I am questioning if I should continue using your services.
