Disliked: Had to get keys for room remade 5 times, air conditioning wasn’t working when we went to room. Tv went on blink while watching a movie. Toilet ran most of our stay. Tried to cancel 30 minutes after checking in, they would not help and did not compensate for the 2 hours we spent trying to get the air fixed. Did not give welcome gift at check in like advertised but only told me about when I asked at checkout. Safe was broken.

Disliked: We have been staying here for years and it seems to be getting progressively worse. We arrived an hour early and we were charged $20 for early check in. We had 2 rooms booked only one was ready so I reluctantly paid the $20 and we went to one of our rooms and waited the hour until check in time. So at 4:00 pm we went down to get the key to our other room. When we got to our second room the door was ajar. The room reeked of Marijuana and was in disarray. There was drug paraphernalia on the table along with Marijuana seeds and stems. Not a great start. We got another room and went on with our vacation. First night the neighbors were partying with very loud music. The bass was shaking the walls. I finally beat on their door at 1:30 am and made them turn the music down. We stayed 4 nights and 3 of the 4 we were unable to shower due to no hot water or such low pressure it couldn't even make it up to the shower head. The internet is unusable unless you pay for premium internet. I believe they charge $10 a day for high speed. The staff was friendly enough but unfortunately its turning into a dump. The front desk was aware of all these issues and I was shocked that they didn't offer a discount or something. I never do reviews but thought if I was ever going to do one this was the time. Had I been offered a discounted rate I probably would have rolled the dice on this place one more time. Unfortunately, I wasn't, so we will be staying somewhere else from now on. As I said earlier we stay here often and this isn't a one off. The place has been going downhill for years and we have had progressively worse experiences. The price is very reasonable and thats the main reason we stay there. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is spot on. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple more bucks somewhere else.
