Disliked: Staff was rude after I Had to switch rooms because first room was inappropriate and not clean. I was harassed on my last night over a mistake that they made

Liked: Location is perfect, staff always friendly
Disliked: We have always loved Thousands Hills, but the Champions don’t quite stand up to par. Apparently these are older units and they need to be updated. We always ask for a 1 bedroom because it’s only 2 of us but in the future we will get a 2 bedroom so we can get a nicer unit. (we have stayed in 2 bedroom before) there was a screen door on our unit that had the most awful screech every time we opened it, and there was food under the table that wasn’t cleaned up previously.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: We didn't get ANY sleep. We had really loud neighbors upstairs, and we asked them politely to keep it down because they stayed up late and were up at 5 a.m., walking really hard across the floor. We had our two kids with us who thought monsters were trying to get in. Dealing with sleepy kids and trying to have fun didn't mix.Wish we got the rest more.The shower had NO pressure, and that kinda sucked too.
