Liked: Location, staff, comfy beds, breakfast
Disliked: A bit tired but good value

Nice staff, good food, probably...

Liked: We had bed and breakfast and breakfast was very good. We did have a meal after golf one day and that was very good as well. Our room was large and was quiet, ideal when you are a light sleeper like me - although there was a putting green just outside our window which was cut about 7.45 every morning so no lie in! All the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our room was very good but the outside of the hotel looked quite tired. Beer prices were reasonable but we thought that the cost of a medium glass of wine at £8.50 was a bit steep. On balance the cost of B&B was higher than we would normally expect to pay but as it was close to one of the courses we were playing and we also played the on site course that was a compromise we accepted.

Liked: Really lovely stay, everything is great about this Hotel, clean comfy rooms, great staff and absolutely fantastic breakfast, all at a very reasonable price.

Relaxing, comfortable and very pleasant.

Liked: Lovely old world club/hotel. Even as a non golfer it was a lovely place to stay. We were going to bring the dog and wished we had as it was very dog friendly (even allowed on golf course with golfers!)
Disliked: The staff were really lovely and helpful but in the restaurant, with premium pricing/food, they needed to have a higher level of training for service.
