Great venue.great pool. Great breakfast....

Liked: Great venue. Such kind extra details in place for my seven year old daughter that made her feel really special.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking.

Bad

Liked: The staff were very nice
Disliked: You shouldn't have to pay extra to use the pool, or pay for parking on top of an already expensive room. I had to pay £15 each to use the pool and £13 to park for the night.

Liked: Cleanliness and the light filled atrium
Disliked: Unfortunately they didn’t accommodate our family with the dog - I wanted a phone call to discuss that we only wanted it for two nights, but I missed one call only and no voicemail was left.I also disliked being on a timetable for breakfast. I came to relax and to be on a schedule was overkill.

Very good overnight stay.

Liked: We stayed overnight while travelling north from Surrey to Shetland.Extensive modern hotel located on the eastern city outskirts, with easy connection to the motorway network.Clean, tidy, and comfortable room with all the expected facilities.Good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.Staff were all very friendly and engaging.They proved themselves also effective and efficient when a poor attempt was made to steal one of our motorbikes from the car park.While we were alerted by the motion sensor on the tracker unit, the offenders were seen by staff, interrupted, and made off, the police notified, and alternative, more secure location identified for overnight parking.They could not have acted more effectively.We would return and recommend.

Great hotel in a handy...

Liked: Have stayed a few times now and never been disappointed. Booked a suite this time and it was fabulous, lots of space and a huge, comfy bed! Staff on site are always really helpful.
Disliked: Nothing about the property but I tried to contact in advance and arrange a bottle in the room for friends also staying there. It was their anniversary. No one emailed back and I was working when they called my mobile. When I rang back, it took ages to get through to anyone and when I did, I got put through to someone else, then cut off - twice. When I eventually got through they told me I couldn’t do this over the phone and had to do it when I arrived? Made no sense to me why I couldn’t pre-order it and even pay over the phone or have it charged to my bill. I didn’t arrived until after 7pm and was worried I would miss them. I ended up sorting it myself in the restaurant and luckily was before their booking time. I got sorted but just seemed unnecessarily difficult to do something nice for one of your guests, which ultimately enhanced their stay with you! I had recommended the hotel to them in the first place as well!
