Liked: Location
Disliked: Supposed to have been a double room but it was two single beds pushed together. They were not even secured so I kept falling between the middle of them.I feel for £144 and what your website projects the Thorpe Park Hotel to be…..I found it to be very disappointing. I would even go as far to say pretentious.You have some good ideas but unfortunately the execution is poor.

Always lovely, but never had...

Liked: Room was lovely and breakfast fabulous
Disliked: Unable to use spa unless you paid a supplement. It should be included if you are booking a suite.Also that you now need to pay for parking, crazy when you are staying there.

Relaxing stay in a sophisticated...

Liked: The staff are really helpful and friendly and the hotel in general pays attention to little details (e.g. our son loved the little Easter eggs and gifts left on his bed) which made our stay feel special. The hotel is also quiet and family friendly. It was really convenient for travelling as it’s within easy reach of central Leeds and the major motorways and The Springs shopping centre is also on the doorstep. We will definitely be coming back when next in Leeds!
