Liked: Pretty nice area, old style.
Disliked: It's a spa hotel, and I had a bathtub, but no robes? 4 star luxury you should have bath robes, that's a given. I was given a room right next to an exit, it was being used until 2 am. People in and out banging that door. Perhaps you should close that door and guests use the main entrance. Tea's!!! The only tea you have is earl grey with caffeine, add some herbal teas, quite disappointing. TV is far too small, again a luxury hotel should have a bigger tv. I would question coming again!! Overpriced and overhyped.

Great venue for parties and...

Liked: Plenty of Parking, quick and easy check in, staff really friendly and helpful, it’s clean and you can see they are spending money on the place keeping it mostly updated, room was a good size, bed and mattress very comfortable, great to have a door to go outside
Disliked: You could clearly hear peoples conversations in the corridor outside our room.We were in room 230, the shower was terrible, worse than an electric one, it was that bad I ended up only washing in the sink in the morning, it would have been a 9.5/10.Last thing, the bed was a double, could have easily of fitted a SuperKing size, this and the door noise would have made the other .5 to make it a 10
