Thornsgill House B&B is located in Askrigg in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and offers views of the surrounding countryside as well as a terrace and a garden. Comfortable and enjoyable one night...

Liked: Everything, very clean and comfortable with extremely pleasant and engaging hosts.
Disliked: Only the price, very expensive but isn’t everything these days !

A wonderful stay.

Liked: Fantastic hosts. Exceptionally clean property. Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Really wonderful place to stay. Lots of excellent walks from the property.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful countryside, comfortable accommodations, great...

Liked: The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable, which lead to a good night's sleep. We enjoyed visiting the local restaurant/pubs in the evenings and the Yorkshire Dales were very special indeed (we visited Ribblehead Viaduct and Aysgarth Falls and the loop trail ... outstanding outdoor walks!
Disliked: All good!

Amazing, welcoming place to stay...

Liked: Amazing place to stay, with a warm welcome from the owners. Both very much outdoor people so just ask for the best places to visit. The room was clean comfortable, quiet and obviously modernised recently. Looked very smart as good if not better than many hotels. Asked if I was going to have a cuppa in the room and promptly gave me fresh milk, non of that UHT stuff. I have to mention the breakfast as that is top notch as well, all in all a great place to stay And I can’t wait to go back.

Lovely two night stay at...

Liked: Lovely 2 night stay at Thornsgill House BnB in beautiful Askrigg Barry & Ann are the perfect hosts. Our room was very clean and well presented, with ample tea and coffee and fresh milk. The bed was really comfy, very welcome after two lovely days walking in the local countryside. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing..All good..

Excellent accommodation, will definitely come...

Liked: Location was excellent, I found it easily. I was greeted on arrival and check in was great. Was shown to my room and everything explained in terms to coming and going, breakfast times and the menu for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing :)
