Lovely family break

Liked: Our family of 14 stayed at Thornbury over the weekend and we had a great time. We stayed across the Lodge, Bungalow and Caravan. All were clean and had everything we needed. We played games on the green outside and enjoyed walks around the lakes. Seeing the animals around the farm was a lovely bonus and the children loved the goats. The small park was lovely for the younger children and the older ones enjoyed the slide as well.The owners were great and very friendly.
Disliked: There is no bar currently but this didn't impact our stay.

Peaceful, beautiful and served exactly...

Liked: Maple! Was the name of our caravan. It want very new but very well maintained and perfect for us. We loved our caravan.

If you are looking for...

Liked: Small and peaceful site with lovely walk around well kept grounds and lakes. Great location for exploring North Cornwall and Devon coast. Loved that chickens were roaming around and kids enjoyed seeing goats. Dog friendly with enclosed garden area around bungalow. Hosts were welcoming and on hand if you need anything. Will definitely be visiting again
Disliked: Holiday lets were close to each other so not as private as we would have liked but that's our preference rather than it being an issue.

Peaceful, relaxing and considering next...

Liked: Hazel Cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed. Coffee machine, pods & chocolates was a nice touch. One of the Sofa's was a little uncomfortable and I did have to move a feather filled cushion as husband allergic to feathers. The quite and fishing lake were great.
Disliked: Kitchen Hob was a bit dated and found difficult to use but only because we aren't used to that type of hob.
