Very good

Liked: Oh my goodness, the bed felt like a cloud after 36 hours of travel!
Disliked: A little bit of noise due to construction in the atrium area, but we were pre-warned and it didn't happen during the night.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is located in a walk distance from the train station and the ferry harbor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection, everything was very good and fresh.Room was comfortable and modern.
Disliked: The only downside during my stay was the ongoing renovation of big part of the building (rooms were not affected), but it should be finished soon.

Disliked: Construction inside and out was not announced. We woke up from drilling noises. We had to walk to breakfast in an area where people wore helmets..The staffmember upon arrival was not friendly.

3 days in Oslo

Liked: The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and informative, and the breakfast room staff were very friendly..... definitely service with a smile first thing in the morning. We had a very comfortable room, with all we needed. This hotel is just on the perimeter of the harbour area, filled with fantastic restaurants, just a short walk and you're in the heart of Oslo.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our visit to Oslo coincided with the building work within the hotel, so it was very noisy from early morning, and again in the early evening. However, I do recognize that the building work has to be done for the improvement of the hotel facilities, and it will be a magnificent addition when finished.
