Very nice hotel.

Liked: Very nice and quiet hotel ,very near to metro station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and plenty. Was a nice stay .

Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel.The staff was informed in advance about my early departure, and I was assured that a breakfast to go (lunch pack) would be prepared for me. Despite this promise, I received absolutely nothing in the morning.This attitude shows a complete lack of basic care for guests. When someone is leaving at 3:30 AM, having at least a minimal breakfast available is not just about service – it’s about respect.No apology or any form of compensation was offered.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects the promised level of service and fulfillment of commitments to guests.
