Liked: The location is excellent. Better than hotel New York, which is much more expensive. Easy access to harbor tours, public transportation and you can just walk downtown. Beautiful view of the bridge as well.
Disliked: Bacon was undercooked at breakfast which is a problem. After mentioning it, chef got offended and told us to leave it alone. He insisted it was supposed to be like that. Minor problem but annoying.Everyone else was very accomodating..
