Great

Liked: Room was great very clean and spacious and the location was very good as well.
Disliked: The receptionist his name was yon or john i believe was rude and wasn't professional at all.

Near perfect 3 day stay...

Liked: Water view, quiet, comfortable, spacious. Location for Water bus and Spido tours was perfect. We ate twice at Twenty 7, excellent food and view.
Disliked: The only breakfast option was a 24Euro buffet. The price is much too high, and there are no other options nearby. There should be an a la carte menu for a more simple healthy breakfast.Wonderful City walking tour with Yoreh RotTOURdam tours and easy train to Delft.

Pleasant Stay

Liked: Nice and central location, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel is modern & very clean. The staff were very polite & professional. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant & the food was superb. Free wi-fi too which was good. The room had a fridge which is always very handy.
Disliked: You can hear the trams rumble past at night, but it isn't too bad.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. I would have liked a greater selection of cooked eggs.
Disliked: I thought the staff at check in could have greeted us better. They were OK but they could have been that little bit friendlier.Also the room was tiny. You could hardly move in the room.
