The food is excellent, but...

Liked: TV was just above the bed. Some cleaning staff were doing great job, but some not. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Room is too tiny. The price of that room should be much less.

Disliked: Breakfast was a terrible experience not because of the food but because the service…Ok the room was full but lots of tables were not occupied but not cleaned full of plates from the previous clients… We had to insist to have it clean…

Liked: Excellent location, walking distance to all sights and train station. Good room size, comfy beds. Amazing breakfasts
Disliked: Rooms slightly short of storage. Had to leave some things in cases. Tried to organise a breakfast to take with us when we were leaving for day trip before the restaurant opened; unfortunately, this wasn't possible

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay - breakfast options were excellent, staff friendly and helpful. I appreciated the water tap near reception so I could refill my water bottle throughout the day. The bathroom in my room was stunning and everything was very clean. I didn't realise until I got to Bergen how well the hotel was located to key sights in the city.
Disliked: A small thing - the desk and chair in the room was close to the door. So on entering the room with my suitcase was tricky and I kept bumping into the furniture. It's a bit of a tight space. That said I loved that I could swivel the TV and watch from either the bed or bathroom!

Liked: The size of the room was great and the location was perfect.
Disliked: No air conditioning. The fan was helpful but not enough even with the windows a little open. For the price paid the rooms should have air conditioning.
