Thon Hotel Oslo Airport

Great hotel but unexpected visit.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful There wasn't my chosen room available so I was upgraded to a suite. Which was perfect.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that cleaners didn't knock and wait to come in and a staff member entered my room without knocking or for any known reason. Seen me in my underwear and stayed there and when I asked why he came into my room he said sorry I'm from Ukraine. Made me feel hostile and unsafe especially with me being female and him male.

Liked: Breakfast was very good with a lot of tasteful different choices. Helpful and pleasant check-in.
Disliked: The room was to warm and the AC did not work properly, we had window open and did not sleep well due to the location was noisy with cars racing and playing loud music during night, even when we had an backyard facing room

Liked: It was fantastic, room was great size, breakfast was the best , watching the snow fall was great.
Disliked: The shuttle was good but very icy and slippery to the front door from the bus stop.
