Would not book again, not...

Liked: Location was good, reception was very good, cleaning was good.
Disliked: Dark rooms, interior design totally not in balance. Exterior looks very poor. No coffee in the room. Big groups at same time in breakfast area where buffet is then to small.

Disappointing

Liked: Very clean and staff very helpful
Disliked: The rooms were a bit small and would have liked a swimming pool

Perfect lokation and breakfast!

Liked: Wonderful location, breakfast and staff!! Interior of the hotel is very nice and updated.
Disliked: I would have liked a little bit more space in the rooms and the outside of the hotel looks a bit shabby..

Exceptional

Liked: great location for seeing Bergen, fantastic breakfast buffet, plenty of choices.

Great place to stay. Convenient...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was great, friendly staff and convenient location. The room was small but well equipped and I had a beautiful view of the water.
Disliked: The shower was incredibly slippery and I almost fell a couple times. I did mention this to the staff and they said they would notify facilities.

Great location for exploring Bergen

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had many choices and the food was good. The location is within a 10-15 minute walk of Bryggen, the fish market and the funicular.
Disliked: The electric kettle heating base was missing from the room, probably because the housekeeper was just finishing up when we arrived.
