Liked: We were very pleased with everything. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than 2 pillows. We appreciated being to leave our luggage in the luggage room until we were able to board the cruise ship.
Disliked: I tried several times to get the coffee machine working in our room but I wasn’t successful. I’m familiar with coffee machines and usually don’t have any problems with them. I mentioned it to the person working at the desk and suggested that they provide some simple instructions with the machine. I had no problem with the machine in the lobby area and the one in the room just looked like a miniature of that one. He said he’d pass my concerns on to whoever is responsible for those type of things.

Liked: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and tidied each day. Breakfast amazing. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent comfortable hotel in perfect...

Liked: Amazing location. Comfortable bed and room. Staff excellent and very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and there is a kiosk with snacks and toiletries in the lobby plus unlimited coffee and tea in lobby.
Disliked: No fridge in room. Room very small. No thermostat in room to control room temperature. No gym in hotel.
