Great beginning to our holiday...

Liked: The location first of all, as we planned to use the train and this property is within easy walking distance of the station. The staff were most helpful, especially as our luggage was delayed from the airport and we required the loan of charging devices and directions to nearby shops. Our room was beautiful and the breakfast selection was generous. I also noticed that the breakfast staff were very efficient at cleaning up around us and ensuring everything was running smoothly. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast outstanding. Rooms clean and quiet. Reception great.
Disliked: Makeup mirror mounted for people taller than 6'2". Tub tall and deep making climbing in difficult. Unfortunately, they may have to install air conditioning due climate change.

Disappointing stay

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. Better than any other place we have stayed in Norway. Dinner in the restaurant was pretty good.
Disliked: We arrived on a very hot day. The room had no air and it was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. The water in the minibar cost more money than wine in other places. Liquid soap was the only bathroom product offered. So if you travel by plane, make sure you bring all of your toiletries with you. We were directed to a parking garage that cost double that we have paid in Norway, Sweden, Denmark. So it has been disappointing , even though the location Ksenia good, the hotel is quite pretty, and the breakfast was amazing.

Bad stay in summer as...

Liked: No air con in my room and the staff did not help at all.The fridge was not working so no possibilities to have fresh water.The staff was just really no carrying about my condition
