Disliked: Room and bathroom are small but still adequate size. I guess this is standard in Oslo

Liked: The breakfast was really nice, and so was the personnel!
Disliked: Do not trust the taxi/driver service (free of charge!) provided by Booking.com; I booked this hotel from booking.com just because of the free taxi (the hotel was cheaper on their own website). However, I was informed during my flight that my taxi had been cancelled for no reason. I took a bus. Then I asked if I can have the service on my way back to the airport instead, but booking.com didn't want to provide me that. Disappointing.

Clean, comfortable property. Would stay...

Liked: Property was easy walking distance from National Theatre train station and Akersbrygge. Very clean, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable and I needed to make the bed each night. Comforter was folded on top of the bed but the bed was unmade. Room was quite small. There is no AC which was not a problem in April but might be in August.
