Central location, very welcoming staff,...

Liked: The staff were just the standout. So helpful and they were very welcoming. Thank you all. The room was large with a great view over towards the Parliament, and the location is close to the main shopping street, metro, and waterfront area. The breakfast is superb. We also received vouchers for a light buffet dinner each night (apart from Sundays) which was a lovely addition.
Disliked: The only slight negative was that the door to the room only locked (electronically) after about 45+ seconds. This could turn into a security issue (although it fine for us once we realised what was happening).
