Liked: A stylish, design-oriented hotel in a great central location, yet quietly tucked away from the noise. The atmosphere is calm and well thought out.The staff, especially Janko, were incredibly polite, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed.
Disliked: The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a few more machines to the gym to better accommodate guests who want a full workout.

Liked: Great location. Super modern and classy place. It’s an art gallery all around. The staff are superior and one of the best hospitality teams that I’ve ever seen in Spain and Europe in general. Great gym facilities for a hotel in central Madrid. Amazing breakfast set within a bakery/restaurant attached to the hotel and is open for the public as well. Super location just between plaza mayor and gran via, cannot ask for anything better. The rooms are just wow, super comfortable and clean. Staff at housekeeping are 7-star level.
Disliked: It would be a mistake just to name one thing, every thing was top notch and top class
