Enjoyed the room, the view...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Great city view
Disliked: The rugs on the floor in the room were kind of ugly and slid all over the floor.

Disappointing

Liked: Very cool! Very up to date and trendy. Rooms were spotless.
Disliked: Valet isn’t clearly marked and it’s difficult to access as a guest. Wasn’t greeted or welcomed by valet and they were in a black t shirt and it wasn’t clear how it worked. When checking in, wasn’t informed about the key card needed to activate the lighting in hotel. Took some time to figure out how to turn the lights on. Online appears to have a rooftop bar and a pool. Pool is at another location and the rooftop restaurant is closed to the public. So these amenities aren’t available. Paper thin walls and had to call the front desk to have neighboring room to quiet down. It’s really a cool hotel but the staff missed the mark and the missing amenities made the value not worth it.

Enjoyed a two-night stay close...

Liked: Great location, genuine and courteous staff. Amenities suited needs and curated our experience with quaint rooms, premium selection of goods and comfortable accommodations. Intriguing art and decor for the majority throughout. Great restaurant offered well- presented food menu, exceptional bar service and a small coffee boutique.Front desk, valet and expedited service within mentionable satisfaction.
Disliked: but lacked ergonomic space in design and details in finish appearance and simplicities (power connections and task spaces). Fridge was said to be sensor cooled but was like warm at best; repair offered but prohibited within our duration.

Superb

Liked: Lobby and rooms were all very modern. The location was great for walking to restaurants and bakeries downtown. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The bathrooms had barn doors that were not sound proof which was challenging when staying with more than one person. The hotel restaurant breakfast was so so.

Very poor

Disliked: I had high expectations when booking Thompson Denver by Hyatt, especially considering the premium price of $450 per night. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which did not allow the temperature to go below 73°F. This made it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel. When I reported the issue, I was offered another room, but it had the exact same problem. Instead of a real solution, I was given a fan, which is absurd given the cost of the stay.To make matters worse, when I requested a reasonable refund (30%) due to the discomfort, the hotel only offered $150, which does not reflect the inconvenience I endured. Their reasoning? That I reported the issue on the last night – as if that justifies having a faulty AC system throughout the hotel.For the price, I expected comfort, quality, and proper service. Instead, I got sleepless nights, unhelpful management, and a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. If you value a comfortable and hassle-free stay, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else. This hotel is not worth the money, and their customer service does not match the standard they claim to offer.Would NOT recommend.
