Very nice stay in a...

Liked: Room was great and VERY comfortable bed and linens. Also the room was very quiet.

Liked: Location in downtown was perfect, near the lake and great restaurants right across the street. Cool decor.

I checked in after arguing...

Liked: Staff upon arrival was a night mare worst service I’ve ever had. Lobby is very small they photos of this facility are deceiving. Rooms are tiny and not upkept for this hotel to have the price or ratings it has.
Disliked: I did not like the staff. Unprofessional, unaccomodating, rude, not knowledgeable, and honestly felt like they were racist
