Disliked: I have been unable to get a folio from Booking.com upon several attempts to get a folio- calling after 30 days, and being told there's nothing "BOOKING".com can do. Ridiculous and terrible customer experience. Now I'm out over $1,600 because it was booked through a mysterious "Partner" out of Hong Kong?

Liked: Nothing but the location
Disliked: Room had terrible noise from pipes in the wall.In two of the four days we came back to the room in the evening to find that the room was not clean yet.We paid for four people but had only water and towels for two every day.Windows were terribly dirty.Front office promised to call back on my calls but never did.

Overall stay was very good

Liked: Property was a significant upgrade on the Parker Meridien where I stayed 150+ nights.Life Time was great, if only temporaryGreat to see the old Normas staffShower much better, though still leaked Very comfortable bed
