Liked: Great stay! The hotel has a perfect location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the furniture looked new and modern. Everything was clean and comfortable, overall, a really good experience
Disliked: The room size was a bit small and the bathroom felt quite tight

Liked: Conveniently located - Breakfast - Water Bottles Provided Every Morning - Staff was polite
Disliked: The mattress on the bed was hard! There was a fitted sheet but no top sheet. We got one and put on ourselves. Not sure why there is no microwave in rooms and regular coffee?

Liked: Location excellent… staff brilliant and very helpful. Room was comfortable and as expected
Disliked: Elevators didn’t work for a few hours… had to use service elevator really not practical sharing with working staff.

Great location, be ready for...

Liked: It's in a great location--walking distance to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, tons of shopping and excitement
Disliked: Both nights we were kept up by loud neighbors--the adjoining doors are paper thin and you can hear every word. You should expect city noise....but not this. I stayed in The Thompson in Houston and it was soooooo nice--this was disappointing in comparison.
