Very good

Liked: Awesome location! Excellent staff!Thank you for making our anniversary feel special. It was a really nice surprise to open our door and see the bottle of champagne and a special note for us. Well done! :)
Disliked: A bit pricey. Would only come here for a special occasion. Nothing was complimentary. I suppose this is expected from a luxury hotel though.

Nice but overpriced.

Liked: Great location, decent restaurants. For the price- over priced compared to Thompsons I’ve stayed at. Staff was kind but customer service was difficult when it came to change requests both online and in person. For the price I would prefer the JW or other hotels nearby. It was loud too, there was a reason they have “complimentary” earplugs.The location is excellent tho!

Overall very nice.

Liked: Location and Staff were great!
Disliked: Carpets could use a good cleaning in Room TH1320 and bathroom door latch needs fixing.
