Liked: Comfortable space in the center of the city. I would recommend it for 2 nights but no for longer for those can stay without a window. Overall pleasant.
Disliked: No window.

A comfortable stay, but perhaps...

Liked: Convenient for the city’s attractions and shops
Disliked: Booking in took far too long, staff not quite sure what to do. Perhaps a dedicated area away from the glass collection area would also help.

Very disappointed

Liked: I like; the closeness to the cathedral.
Disliked: The check in process , we had to wait for bar staff to be unbusy to check us in. We paid on line only to find there was another charge remaining there. The room was not twin beds , but to there credit they did fix it. Having to go thru the bar to get in is a negative

Very good

Liked: Food was OK - scrambled eggs on toast. Good value for money. Coffee was good.
Disliked: It would be better if staff were more welcoming at breakfast. The door into the restaurant was locked at first. Staff could acknowledged hotel guest like they do in normal hotels, i.e. approach you first, good morning, where would you like to sit, here’s our menu, show where coffee machine is etc - instead I found myself trying to figure it out as a new customer.

Superb

Liked: Overall very pleased with our room no noise from room 105 and a lovely gesture of biscuits water and hot chocolate good value for money
Disliked: Room was cold and took along time to warm up

Exceptional

Liked: Great place. We asked for a cathedral view and we had the best view!Early bag drop...no problem.
Disliked: It took a bit of getting used to getting in and out of the building which is almost as popular as the CathedralIt's not that we didn't like it, it was just unusual!
