Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Liked: Friendly service; good room and a good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

London sightseeing trip

Liked: Ideal location for sightseeing London, a large bedroom with a good-sized bathroom,soundproofing on the room was brilliant, we couldn't hear any traffic noise, a good full English breakfast, and the selection of cereal choices was great, etc. All the staff were very helpful and excellent
Disliked: We would have loved to have had a bar/lounge in the hotel, but there are plenty of pubs and bars close by

Neglected, needs more care but...

Liked: Staff was lovely. The man who tends to the bags was particularly helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and everyone was personable.Location was perfect.
Disliked: Facilities need to be dealt with. It seems old and areas are neglected:-mold in shower grout-broken desk drawer-TV was a bit tricky (took an outlet reboot to work)-hairdryer was inspected in 2023 and looked taped together-shower pressure low-towels were extremely rough-sink a bit rustedHousekeeping:-found remnants of a previous guest in toilet, possibly flushed but NOT checked-coarse short hair on soap pump near sink-shampoo low and conditioner empty

Great location and quiet room...

Liked: I wondered whether the room would be noisy as we were very close to Leicester Square but the sound proofing was excellent so room was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Location was amazing - so close to theatres etc.
Disliked: Nothing - it was all as expected
