Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Quick and easy check-in; lovely room with great facilities; breakfast was great; ideal location for theatres, Leicester Square and China Town.

Perfect for a single woman...

Liked: You are two steps away from the centre without being in the middle of the crowd. Security is pretty good because you need your hotel card to get to the lifts.
Disliked: You were able to hear the doors opening and closing very loudly and the cleaning staff as well.

Great location, space, and staff!

Liked: Very friendly staff and great location! AC worked great for the hot hot July weather during our stay. Junior suite was perfect for a family of 3 with a teenager who desires some privacy. They even had umbrella rentals in the lobby which came in handy when our luggage did not arrive until the day before we checked out.
