Liked: The location.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the check in process, and the manager. We arrived early and asked that our luggage be secured while we waited for the check in time of 3pm. After an afternoon of site seeing, we returned to find that our allocated room ( 21 on the first floor), had been given to a customer who had complained about their room on the top floor (there is no lift on the premises). This room was 10 flights above our original room and on the top floor. We were then told that our room was not ready, in spite of us returning at 5.30 pm. We also discovered that our luggage had been left unattended and unsecured in the dining room throughout. We then requested to speak with the manager (who was off site), to voice our concerns. On speaking with him and raising our concerns he became very aggressive. We told him that we were both in our 60s and were not happy with the new arrangements, and requested compensation. At this he became very rude and aggressive, even threatening to cancel our booking and call the police!We do not recommend this hotel as a result!

It was not pleasant or...

Liked: The staff was helpful and came promptly.
Disliked: Unwashed mug, the only one.Very small room. Hard to move around.Shower recess had broken tile and was unclean. Shower head and hose dangled down loosely, nothing to hang it on. Towel rail fell down and couldn’t be replaced.Breakfast was not available until 7:30

Liked: It was awful - the description of the premises did not match the reality. Booking.com should check these places more thoroughly. Never again will I trust the descriptions laid out on your website.
Disliked: The blatant lies told about the basic hotel facilities.
