Liked: The breakfast and the lication. Fantastic.
Disliked: It is a very old building with no lifts. The carpet smells funny and the build needs maintenance.

Liked: Good location, near shops, pubs and restaurants. Friendly staff and parking space available for a fee.

Not a good experience

Disliked: We are elderly people who had to carry bags to the 5th floor. No lift! Only one parking spot for an entire hotel!?!?! and then when we finally found it- our car was 1' too long to fit in the spot. Had to find public parking, at night, and then pay for cab to get back to the hotel. This wasted out entire evening.

Liked: The staff was super nice and helpful, and the location is perfect - close to the West End tram stop
Disliked: The single room felt like an underground dungeon—damp, cold, run down, with poorly done, amateur attempts at remodeling, holes in the walls, flimsy door through which light from the corridor would stream in all night. The shower was outdated and occasionally there was only cold water available in the shower. To make matters worse, the trash bin still contained garbage from the previous resident. I could even read their personal information from name tags left behind.
