Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The shower was hopeless, went from cold to scalding and impossible to bring back down to warm.

Disliked: Very poor shower head was loose either boiling hot or freezing, so couldn't really shower could not turn off

Good price for good hotel

Liked: The hotel is located in a safe location and is easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with offers of towels, weather updates and help with bags.There is no lift here as explained and the walk to the top is invigorating. Lovely views of the castle.
Disliked: The mattresses were sunken in places and the towels were a bit hard.

Pleasant

Liked: Closeness to city, friendly helpful staff. The accomodation was reasonably priced however i didnt envisage the extra charges for parking so this increased the price i had budgeted for my break
Disliked: No parking, being on top floor lots of stairs no lift, was also quite cold at night even with heating on full.
