Disliked: Didn’t feel entirely safe while stayingWhen returned in the early hours of the morning, the people who let us into the hotel did not speak English although they gave us the impression that they were the overnight security - we may have misunderstood The skim of the bath was peeling offYou couldn’t have a shower fully standing up as the hose was too shortBreakfast - was very busy and for some reason had lots of vegetarian sausages but no meat ones, difficult to get somewhere to sit, lots of families taking lots of food but then not eating it Outside, despite there being double red lines and notices saying not to park, there were cars parked on both sides of the ramp therefore blocking the fire route if the hotel was on fire

Disliked: The washroom was too small and no room to even move the leg when you sit in the commode. Room was too warm and no AC

Liked: Very lovely staff and the convenience of being central with access to train station and The Mall etc
Disliked: I was disappointed that there was no kettle and tea and coffee in my room. I did mention to a member of Staff in Reception, who advised me that there is free coffee from machine in Reception area. It meant that I had to bring coffee up to my room which was on 4th floor. I don't like using lifts, so I had to go up many stairs with coffee. Not a great idea as a Pensioner
