Nice hotel in an awful...

Liked: The hotel itself is very ok!:) the surrounding not so much but it's Luton, so what could you expect...;D I'm surprised hotel like that can be found in such awful district;D
Disliked: The surroundings is quite awful;D but well - Luton itself is awful - the hotel is in my opinion the only nice place there;D

Great staff, great service and...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. If there was a problem with the card, they solved it. Unfortunately I didn't have time for breakfast, I had an early morning flight. But I had a good, clean and nice room. Even though I was only there for one night, it was great to sleep here.

Liked: The Breakfast was grand, sadly a lot of the staff were more matter of fact, than he experienced in past visits! Lea the most friendly and efficient staff member we dealt with previously did not seem to be present, she was a big loss, personally.
Disliked: I felt some of the staff could have been a bit more on it, this may have been a cultural thing? But I do not know, they made no allowances for age, etc.

Disliked: Staff not friendly to help, few issues on arrival and WiFi our of order no ac just small fun lift out of order . Check out few ours later and no any approach from staff to fixed the problem. Booked other hotel.
