Very pathetic

Disliked: No drinking water they give it in the room.If you are coming from India, you can't use the laptop in the room even if you have the universal adapter, and staff asked me to sit and work from the lobby instead of fixing the issue.Everyday same breakfast menu

Good value for money

Liked: Looks like a new refurbished hotel, rooms look good, comfy beds, clean toilets. Very customer oriented reception Staff, we have arrived at 2 am due to flight delay and Ali from reception has accommodated our arrival and needs. Good breakfast , quality and range.
Disliked: Not easy to find if you dont know Lutton and it is also night

Good value for two nights...

Liked: For bed and breakfast in a room with private facilities in the centre of a town near a major airport the cost of my two-night stay was exceptionally good value. It was also located very close to Luton's main transport hub and shopping centre.
Disliked: The hotel had cleanly seen better days and a number of facilities (one (of two) lifts. air conditioning) were not operating and appeared to have been out of service for some time.Unless you knew the route via the car park, the walk from the station passed through some rather unpleasant surroundings including climbing a staircase littered with rubbish which appeared not to have been cleared for quite a while.The hot buffet breakfast was at best adequate (and not particularly hot). Trays supposed to contain croissants and pains au chocolat were empty both mornings.
