Liked: Staff were excellent

Great discount hotel

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was quite soft (this is a good thing).
Disliked: It was hard to get to the location because the entrance was on a ramp above the street but you had to go around the block ffom where google maps directed you to access the ramp.

3rd stay

Liked: Breakfast included and cheap parking for the night.
Disliked: One member of staff was very difficult to understand when replying to a question asked.

Liked: Location is great, just 5 min. away from the train and bus station. Staff was very nice, hotel room was spacious and very clean! Excellent value for money. It's my second time staying here and I would definitely book again.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.

Disliked: Whatt I didn't like Iwas charged 100 pounds after leaving as they claimed we had smoked in the room we have never smoked in our life its obviously a mistake it must have been another room but we are accused of it very unfair.
